Return Policy:
At beautyconcepts.es, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receipt of the item(s) for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements:
• Item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
• Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the item(s).
• Item(s) must be accompanied by the original invoice or a printout of the order confirmation.
Exceptions:
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Process:
• Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
• If the item(s) meet the requirements, a refund will be processed to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
Return Shipping:
• You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
• We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your item(s). www.beautyconcepts.es is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Exchanges:
